Mental Performance is a mindset coaching company working in education, business and sport. We specialise in realising the potential behind Growth Mindset, Metacognition and Stress Management strategies and as a result improve Motivation, Learning, Confidence and Performance in our clients.

Our work draws from traditional areas of performance psychology. Our driving philosophy is to make a difference to our clients' lives through releasing their inner drive. We do this through interactive excursions, workshops, and one-to-one coaching

Mental Performance services are based on IDEAS:

Interactive – A collaborative process involving honest conversations, where high performing individuals are people first and foremost.

 

Domain-specific – Session content and delivery is tailored to the client’s sport, business, or high-pressure profession. 

 

Evidence-based – All programmes, interventions and recommendations are underpinned by scientific principles.  

 

Age appropriate – Developmental factors are always considered to ensure successful outcomes – whether you are a student, early-career employee or experienced business executive.

 

Strategies – The individual will be equipped with the necessary mental techniques and strategies to deliver results when it matters most.

One-to-one Consultations

Individual sessions aimed to facilitate the improvement of the client’s mindset and/or deal with psychological demands of work, school or sport. Sessions are delivered face-to-face (in Dubai) or via video conferencing (Skype / Zoom). 

​

Key topics include, but are not limited to: Developing a growth mindset, coping with life transitions, improving confidence, overcoming performance anxiety, enhancing motivation, coping with career & educational stressors.

Educational Excursions

Interactive Yacht sessions that provide guests the opportunity to learn, bond, network, and create lasting memories in a unique and unforgettable setting.

 

Key topics include, but are not limited to: Leadership skills, coping with educational & career transitions, goal-setting, study skills, enhancing motivation, growth mindset development.
